We provide exchange services for all items except SALES items (eg: special codes discount / clearance sales), panties and specifically stated non-refundable items.
If the size is not suitable or obvious defects are found, you can apply for a return or exchange with us.

The tags are intact with original package
Exchange fees
We do not charge additional fees for the items, except for the price difference when exchanging items. For exchanges due to colour / size, postage is not included. You will need to pay for the round-trip shipping of the exchanged items.
Exchange Procedure
If you need to exchange items, you can directly message us on our Instagram / Facebook. We may request photos of the items as evidence (if you think there are perceived defects).
