Welcome to Moonya. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moonya online store at moonya.com.my/shop (the “Website”), as well as any purchase made through the Website.
By accessing, browsing or placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

Measurements provided on the Website are intended as a guide. A difference of approximately 1–2 cm may occur due to manufacturing and measurement methods.
For products such as shapewear or adjustment bras, fit may also vary depending on individual body shape, measurements and wearing preferences.

Moonya does not guarantee that a particular product, size, colour or design will always be available.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Product prices and other charges may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, changes made after an order has been confirmed will not affect the confirmed price of that order, unless otherwise required due to an obvious error or applicable circumstances.
We accept the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Moonya does not directly store complete payment card information unless expressly stated otherwise.
You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information when completing your purchase.
10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional campaigns, discount codes, vouchers and special offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:

11. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Moonya as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which sets out the applicable delivery areas, shipping charges, estimated delivery timeframes and local pickup arrangements.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, peak periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Moonya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers after the parcel has been handed over for delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
13. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS
Returns, exchanges and store credits are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene considerations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable requirements before sending any product back to Moonya.
Where an exchange or store credit is approved, the applicable conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
14. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
We will review the matter and, where the issue is confirmed to be attributable to Moonya, arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
This section does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, failure to follow product care instructions or alterations made after purchase.
15. USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content to Moonya (“User Content”), you agree that:
- you have the right to submit the content;
- the content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- the content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive or harmful;
- the content does not contain malicious software or harmful code; and
- you have obtained the necessary permission from any identifiable person appearing in photographs or videos.
By submitting User Content, you grant Moonya a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute and adapt the content for our business purposes, including on our Website, social media platforms, advertisements and other marketing materials.
We may edit User Content for spelling, grammar, length, formatting or presentation purposes, provided that such editing does not materially misrepresent the original meaning.

You are purchasing Products from Moonya as a customer and not as our representative, agent or business partner.
33. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms are entered into between you and Moonya and do not create rights for any third party to enforce any provision of these Terms.
34. TERMINATION
Moonya may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, or refuse or cancel an order, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise misused the Website.
Termination of access will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
