To ensure you enjoy high quality service while shopping with us, please carefully read the following terms before making purchase. Before placing an order with us, you indicate your agreement to the following terms. Thank you.

  • Placing Order

  • Please ensure that your orders are correct, including the purchased items and delivery details. Requests for cancellations or changes to orders are not allowed.

  • Combine order service is not provided. Each order is considered as one shipment and shipping fees are calculated accordingly.

  • If your parcel is lost during shipping, we will do our best to assist you in tracking its information. However, we will not be held responsible for lost packages; any claims will be handled by the courier company and we will assist in the claims process to the best of our ability.

  • Exchange and Return Policy

  • We provide exchange services for all items except sales items (eg. special codes discount / clearance sales), panties and specifically stated non-returnable items.

  • Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect / damage as below:

  1. Slightly off-line or crochet

  2. Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)

  3. Stain below 2cm

  4. Defects caused by vandalism

  5. Buttonhole or damage

  6. Unwashed and the tags are intact

  • You can apply for an exchange as long as you meet the following conditions:

  1. All exchanges and returns need to be communicated and agreed upon with us beforehand. If the return requirements are not met, the return request will be refused.

  2. Apply for exchange within 7 days after receiving the parcel and requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted

  3. Additional fees will not be charged for the items, except for the price difference when exchanging items.

(For exchanges due to colour/size, postage is not included. Hence, the round-trip shipping of the exchanged items is required to pay)

  1. We do not assume responsibility for lost return packages or any additional fees incurred due to return shipments.

  2. Credit

  • Payment

Once payment is completed, the items will be automatically reserved and the order cannot by cancelled.

  • Products

  • Due to lighting and shooting angles, there are some differences in product colours might occur but this cannot be considered as a condition to exchange.

  • Due to variations in material stretch and measurement methods, sizes provided may have a deviation of 2cm – 3cm differences.
